TITANIUM HEAT EXCHANGER

FEATURES

  1. It does not produce hazardous metal ions.
    Since titanium is used for this heat exhanging pipe, no hazardous metal ions are produced.
  2. There is no worry about corrosion.
    Since this unit is made of corrosion resistant materials, you don't have to worry about corrosion.
    The titanium tube does not change the water quality, but keeps the water clean in conjunction with foods.
  3. Outstanding Thermostability
    Since the main body is in PVC and ABS, there is no condensate on the surface of insulation and also there is almost no heat loss.
  4. High Efficiency
    Since it is designed to make the flow velocity in the heat exchange section fast and uniform as possible, it has high efficiency.
  5. No refrigerant leakage
    Our unique jointing method of titanium tube and copper pipe semipermanently prevents refrigerant leak in spite of vibratio and shock. The method enables welding copper pipes.

PRECAUTIONS FOR TITANIUM HEAT EXCHANGER

  1. Operate it in an optimal flow velocity in the inner tube.
  2. Be careful of freezing of cooling water in the tube.
    It may cause a crack of inner tube.
  3. Drain water in the inner tube when not using it for a long-term.
  4. Since foreign matters may clog the tube, prevent them from coming in.
  5. Use HFC or HCFC refrigerant.
    ( Other kind of refrigerant may cause corrosion to the tube)
